Ruebourdain history:

Not a single person doesn't know of the Hibari name in Japan, and rightfully so... although originally from Kyoto, the family now owns one of the oldest restaurants in Rue Bourdain, and Kyouya - the older one between the firstborn twins of the head of the clan - is its manager. He has recently returned from the years he's spent studying the business both around Japan and abroad in order to take over both the family and the family business.

Information permissions:
Public knowledge: Genius restaurant manager - the 'tensai' of the local restaurant scene. Also very well-known on the international front, because of his age, his looks and seemingly inhuman skill and influence.
Not public knowledge: The new 'Skylark' of his family and therefore the guy who deals with whatever their friends from the underworld have for them now. Also: he's married to Dino Cavallone. ...Of all people.
